We wil take you from an idea into a Production standard app on the Apple Store within two months.

We work on a 1-2-1 basis, focusing on internalisng your idea and working with you to rapidly iterate towards the outcome you envison, robust, scalable and slick.

You bring us the idea, and we work with you on a continuous one to one basis until it becomes reality.

01 Show,

don’t tell

The first step of our Discovery process is to actually speak to you, the person with the idea, and actualy understand your vision through the long lost art of listening. We digest any wireframes or documantioantion we have, and go straight to prototype.

No endless email chains discussing the rendering speed of a vector image and the precise key-value pairs needed for every single page. This is analysis paralasis, not ideation.

Give us the idea, and we build it straight.

02 Rapid

interation

By the end of the first working week, you will be able to download, via secure invitation, a prototype of what we’ve discussed.
This will not have all of the functionality available, but will allow you to download and play with the flow and design on your own device and send us direct feedback to our WhatsApp channel using screen grabs to immediately show us what you want to change and how.

We will effect requested changes within 24hrs.

Once you are happy with the flow, look and feel, we can move onto the build proper.

03 Construction

Once the UI/UX has been locked down, we proceed to building out the funcaitonality to a production standard.

This means full regulatory complaicance, codebase cleanup and fucntional testing.

This will culminate in us asking you to take part in User Acceptane Testing to ensure you are statisfied with the product.

Only once you have signed off, do we proceed to prodcution release.

04 Shipping

Once UAT has been signed off, we release the finished product onto the App Store and provide a one month period of hypercare, staning by to resolve any “misses” - these can include unexpected customer behaviour, changes to services or anything else that disrupts the performance of the app.

After the product is matured and proven, you have two options:

Take control.

This means you are entriely responsible for the code, it’s hosting and any issues or changes.

Managed Service.

For £150 a month, we will host the code and database, fix any issues, and fulfil any simple changes requests excluding “breaking changes” that we will quote separately before commencing any work.
